1. Introduction

At Impulse Classes, we are committed to providing quality education and maintaining transparency in all our financial dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for course fees and related payments.

This policy applies to all students enrolled in our educational programs including Nurture (Class 3-8), Foundation (Class 9-10), Ascent (Class 11-12 Board), and Aspire (JEE/NEET preparation) courses.

Important Information

All refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Processing times and conditions may vary based on the nature of the request and course duration.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Course Cancellation by Institute:

If Impulse Classes cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons, full refund will be provided.

Pre-Course Commencement Withdrawal:

Students withdrawing before the official course start date are eligible for partial refund as per the timeline mentioned below.

Medical Emergency:

Withdrawal due to serious medical conditions (with proper medical documentation) may qualify for partial refund consideration.

Relocation/Transfer:

Students relocating to different cities due to family circumstances may be eligible for partial refund with proper documentation.

2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Course Completion:

No refund will be provided after successful completion of the enrolled course or program.

Disciplinary Termination:

Students terminated due to misconduct, violation of rules, or disciplinary issues are not eligible for any refund.

Non-Attendance:

Irregular attendance or voluntary non-participation without formal withdrawal does not qualify for refund.

Change of Mind:

Simple change of preference or dissatisfaction with course content after commencement is not grounds for refund.

Nurture Course (Class 3-8)

Flexible Policy: Child-focused approach

• Before course start: 95% refund

• Within 1 week: 85% refund

• Within 3 weeks: 65% refund

• After 1 month: No refund

4. Refund Request Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 15-21 working days to the original payment method.

Fee: Gateway charges deducted

Bank Transfer

Processing Time: 5-7 days

Medical Emergency Policy

Qualifying Conditions: Serious illness, accident, or medical conditions preventing course continuation

  • Medical certificate from registered practitioner
  • Hospital discharge summary (if applicable)
  • Treatment continuation proof

Refund Consideration:

  • Case-by-case evaluation
  • Up to 70% refund possible
  • Administrative fee waiver consideration

Force Majeure Events

Covered Events: Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances

Pandemic/Lockdown

Alternative arrangements or pro-rata refund

Multiple Course Enrollment

Policy: Students enrolled in multiple courses have specific refund considerations

7. Administrative Fees and Charges

The following charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount:
